Dwr Cymru have come and connected the water for the bargain price of £1400! The trench is still uncovered as apparently it is a different crew needed to fill in the trench and tarmac!
The last of the ecclesiastical features remaining on the walls have been removed, it is a shame to lose some of these features, but everything has to be wrapped in 100mm of insulation, so unfortunately they were never going to be seen. We now need to see how they can be used to enhance the project later down the line; or failing that, sold to pay off our debts!!!
The stud work is making great progress. It won’t be long before the perimeter is fully studded and the first floor beams are ready to go in.
